This Privacy Policy explains how the Speaker Cleaner Android application (the “App”), published by Gogone App (“we”, “us”, or “our”), handles information. It applies to version 2.0.0 and later versions unless a newer policy is published.
Summary
The App does not require an account and does not request microphone access or record audio. It generates tones locally for guided cycles, manual controls, and speaker sound checks. The App uses third-party services for advertising and consent, usage analytics, crash diagnostics, push notifications, in-app reviews, and app updates. Those services may process the information described below.
Information processed automatically
Google Mobile Ads and UMP
The App uses Google Mobile Ads to display banner and interstitial advertisements and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain or manage advertising consent where required. Depending on region, consent choices, device settings, and advertising configuration, Google may process information such as IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app and ad interactions, diagnostic information, and device or advertising identifiers for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.
Firebase Analytics
Firebase Analytics helps us understand installations, sessions, supported devices, app versions, and feature usage. It may process an app-instance identifier, app lifecycle and interaction events, device and operating-system information, and approximate location derived from IP address. The App may send guided tone-cycle start and finish events containing the selected mode, selected duration, and result. We do not intentionally set an account-based user ID.
Firebase Crashlytics
Firebase Crashlytics helps us identify crashes, application-not-responding events, and stability problems. It may process stack traces, relevant application state, device and app metadata, session information, and installation identifiers. We do not intentionally attach names, email addresses, or free-text user IDs to crash reports.
OneSignal and Firebase Cloud Messaging
The App may use OneSignal and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver optional product, service, or notification messages. Depending on device and configuration, these services may process a push token, notification permission and subscription status, app version, session information, notification interactions, device model, operating system, language, time zone, country, carrier, and IP address. The App does not enable OneSignal’s optional location module. Android notification permission is controlled by the operating system on supported Android versions.
Google Play services
The App may use Google Play’s in-app review interface and may check whether a flexible app update is available. Review submission and update delivery are controlled by Google Play. We do not receive the review text or payment information through these features.
Information stored locally
The App stores operational preferences such as animation and haptic choices, manual frequency and waveform selections, manual vibration preference, notification-prompt status, advertising frequency state, review-prompt history, and update-prompt cooldown. Active tone-cycle state is maintained for the current app process. Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled for App data. Local App data can be removed by clearing App storage or uninstalling the App.
Audio and microphone
The App generates and plays tones. It does not request microphone permission, record audio, or use microphone recordings to provide its speaker-testing features.
Bug reports and support email
Selecting “Report a bug” opens an external email application addressed to gogonefeedback@gmail.com. The App does not silently attach logs, device identifiers, or account information. If you choose to send the email, we receive the sender address, message, and any attachment that you explicitly add. We use that information to respond to the request and investigate the reported issue.
Permissions
- Internet and network state: used by advertising, consent, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, and Google Play services.
- Vibration: used for optional vibration and interface haptics.
- Audio settings: used for supported audio and earpiece routing behavior.
- Notifications: used for optional push notifications where Android permits and the user allows them.
Service providers and sharing
Information may be processed by Google services, including Google Mobile Ads, UMP, Firebase, and Google Play, and by OneSignal for the purposes described above. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy documentation. We do not sell personal information directly. Some advertising-related data may be considered “shared” under Google Play’s Data Safety definitions.
Data retention and deletion
Local preferences remain until you clear App storage or uninstall the App. Google, Firebase, and OneSignal retain information according to their applicable service settings and policies. You can disable push notifications in Android Settings and manage available advertising privacy choices through the App when UMP provides that option.
For a privacy or deletion request relating to information controlled by Gogone App, contact gogonefeedback@gmail.com. Third-party information may also require use of the relevant provider’s privacy or deletion controls.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the App. The App is configured to use encrypted network connections for its supported network traffic. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The App is not designed to request personal information from children. We do not knowingly maintain accounts for children because the App does not provide account creation. If you believe information has been submitted to us inappropriately, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, services, legal requirements, or data practices change. The effective date above will be updated when a new version is published.
